Grow from Home Project
As the Project Manager for Cae Tan CSA’s Grow from Home project, I supported schools and families in Swansea to grow food and improve biodiversity in their gardens. Through embedding EDI interventions and delivering outdoor educational opportunities , I increased participation among global majority families by 15%.
Empowering Young Changemakers
Gwneud
I one of the co-founders of Gwneud, a youth-led organization, promoting changemaker stories through the lens of the Future Generations Act.
We have hosted a youth changemaker panel at the Between the Trees festival and workshops with the future generations commissioner’s office of Wales.
Environmental Expertise at Board Level
Non-executive roles
I’ve been a successful non-executive director for both the Down to Earth and Cae Felin charities, Providing technical advice to the board with my expertise in environmental planning, sustainability and governance. Both charities have won social enterprise and substantiality awards during my tenure.
